![]() The week of April 27 to May 4 was proclaimed by Brazoria County Commissioners Court as Soil and Water Stewardship Week in Brazoria County. ![]() Shown above (from left) are Commissioners Mary Ruth Rhodenbaugh and Jack Harris; County Judge Joe King; Tom Journeay, a county farmer who received the proclamation; and Commissioners Donald (Dude) Payne and Matt Sebesta. The proclamation notes that fertile soil and clean water provide us with out daily sustenance, and expresses appreciation for those who protect those resources. |
