Angleton ISD sophomore Cora Waddle hands Angleton Food Pantry representative Mildred Wauson $150 that Cora and five of her fellow Accelerated Choices in Education (ACE) students raised for the food pantry.

The ACE program is a smaller educational program located at the Marshall Education Center. The students helped coordinate the fundraiser where they made breakfast burritos and orange juice to sell to Marshall Education Center students and staff one morning last semester.

The students planned to raise $100 but ended up raising $50 more to help feed the needy in the Angleton community. Also pictured (left to right) are Fulberto Rodruguez, Dalton Kubecka and Jamarcus Dixon.
